We are very pleased to share an important legal victory for Corsair!
On 24 September 2026, the Court of Appeal in Aix-en-Provence, France, ruled in Corsair’s favour.
The Court found that Warning Trading’s article published on 9 September 2024 lacked a sufficient factual basis and harmed Corsair’s commercial reputation. It ordered Warning Trading and its publication director to remove the article and pay Corsair €3,000 in provisional compensation, €4,000 towards legal fees, and court costs.
This is an important step in protecting the reputation of our company and the work of our team.
We ask anyone who has repeated the allegations addressed in this ruling to review their content and make the necessary corrections or removals. As the earlier court decision has now been overturned, reports about those proceedings should also be updated to reflect this outcome.
