With support from Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, one of Minor Hotels’ flagship properties, Corsair and Anantara Siam Hotel have together removed 30,000 kilograms—30 tonnes—of plastic waste from the environment. This contribution was made through the retirement of 300,000 CSR Plastic Credits.
This significant contribution brings our shared mission for a cleaner Thailand to life through practical action.
Corsair’s work includes recovering plastic from accumulated waste at our landfill operation in Sa Kaeo, separating plastic from incoming waste before it enters the landfill, and collecting plastic waste daily from communities across Bangkok.
These operations tackle both plastic waste that has already accumulated and material that can be collected before it becomes a further environmental burden.
