**Corsair becomes the first Plastic Waste Chemical Recycling Company to actively operate on 2 Continents.**
We are excited to inform you that the launch of our Finnish facility at the Kaipola Industrial Estate in the city of Jämsä has started successfully.
Today 9.1.2024, our team in Finland produced the first liters of high quality Advanced Bio-oil from plastic waste.
Despite the extreme weather conditions, with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius during the last days, our team completed the delivery, loading and preparations of the plastics waste, collected from the nearby cities.
This afternoon the Chemical Recycling process was started, resulting in the production of our first liters of Pyrolysis – Advanced Bio-oil on European soil.
This marks a tremendous milestone for Corsair and to all of our supporters and associates around the world, who have been working hard to make our expansion to Europe possible.
